Taking all orders
through email allows us to deal with each customer on a personal level

All orders and
payments must be received no later than 2pm EST on Sunday for
shipping the following Wednesday.
Shipping dates are
confirmed after orders are finalized and payment received
We ship FedEx
Priority overnight. A responsible person must receive and sign for
package.
We pack and ship on
Wednesday for FedEx delivery on Thursday.
Extreme heat or
cold, shipped FedEx "hold at counter" only. Please
provide the exact address of the FedEx counter or location
convenient for you.
We will confirm
shipping dates before packing.
Tracking numbers
are provided after 7pm EST on the day of shipping.
Arrive alive
guarantee is on livestock only. No refunds on packing or shipping.
Packing charge
includes styrofoam box, cold and heat packs.
